Directions:

Individual Serving Directions- Bring 1-2 tbsp. of herbs to boil in 12 oz. of water. Simmer for 7-15 minutes. The longer this tea steeps, the more potent it will be. 

Large Batch Directions: bring 2-3 tbsp of herbs to boil in 32 oz. of water. Simmer for 7-15 minutes. The longer this tea steeps, the more potent it will be. This tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can be drunk hot or cold.
